Bins dumped by bin men
Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
My daughter is a wheelchair user and this is how the bin men have today left the bins, how am I supposed to het my daughters wheelchair through there, I should not have to move all the bins they should be returned to the same position there were previously
