Block drain

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Long standing problem with flooding due to a blocked drain. At its worse cars get stuck in the flood water! I've personally dug away the surface mud to reveal the drain cover itself but the pipe itself needs blasting through, and until this is done, the problem will only continue. Sorry it wouldn't let me upload a photo.
