Just had an email asking if this is fixed. The drain still resembles a pothole as the road has been resurfaced many times.

The location is: West Hagbourne Driving along Main St towards Didcot. Turning on to Brook Lane. Probably a third of the way along on the left (before the white barriers as photo) the dropped drain can be seen.
