The road surface has failed , there is large holes and the road surface has sunk around 150mm to both sides

This failed road surface was repaired very badly 3/4 months ago It needs a proper fix , the video shows the failed surface , massive pot holes , and the sides have sunk around 150mm leaving a dangerous ridge in the middle of the road This makes it very dangerous for bikes and motor bikes , also cars damage to underside and wheels , it continuous to be a health and safety dangerous road surface
