This drain is blocked and one of two at the bottom of this hill. Clearly it's not working as intended. What three words ref: Wharfs.mealtime.hype

  • Thank you for your report. Oxfordshire County Council is responsible for maintaining approximately 120,000 gullies on the highway network. Gullies are cleaned in accordance with the County Council’s maintenance policy, and we operate a targeting program with a higher frequency of cleaning in areas at risk of flooding. After visiting site today, we can confirm these two gullies have been cleared.
