Loose fence post at the back of our garden by the flats. I believe the fence is maintained by the council?

Hi, we live at 32 Glebe Road, Didcot, OX11 8PN. At the back of our garden is some flats that I believe house the elderly and some vulnerable people. The fence separating our garden from the flats has a number of broken fence posts meaning the fence is wobbling. I am concerned they will fall over in the wind and cause injury. In the past I know this fence has been maintained by the council. Can you please take a look asap? Cheers Darren.
