Street lamp being used for political statement to provoke division in local community

Street lamps should not be used for unofficial flying of flags to make political points. This is unsettling and unwelcome especially in this area!

    This flag is still there, strategically placed to be seen by many people on a busy thoroughfare.

    I have also noticed two other identical flags flying from two lampposts in the next alleyway down (from Desborough Crescent to Nowell Rd).
