Two depressions in the road

Reported via desktop in the Roads and Carriageways category anonymously at 12:23, Tuesday 23 September 2025

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There are two metre-square depressions in the road, between Springdale and Croft Road. They make a loud noise when a bus drives over them. Can these be inspected as soon as possible?

  • As it is at the moment, heavy vehicles / busses / coaches & cars are damaging this area more and more, until a sink hole appears, which then would block the traffic in both directions - would lead to Croft road being closed for any traffic. I have tried to send a video went heavy & light vehicles drives over this spot - but no success - please send me a link to upload video FYI Regards
