Tree Shortened, Bracken And Ivy Removal

This tree in question has been an ongoing situation for the past 3 years. It has once been slightly shortened and the Bracken and Ivy was not dealt with. Now the Bracken and ivy is out of control and has damaged our fence which needs to be replaced.

This tree is not the one that has recently been planted it has been there since the estate was first built and right next to our fence.

Phoned up yesterday and was told to renew the ticket which is now being done.

Please can you organise for a complete Bracken and Ivy removal and either remove the tree next to our fence or reduce the size of the tree by 18 feet or more.
