At what point does an overgrowing hedgerow into a road being acceptable , cars are having to drive around said bushes which puts them into on coming traffic. this is an access road that leads to the school at the end. in addition how is it acceptable for a path that accesses a playpark be so overgrown adults have to bend down to walk through, this is also used be the elderly walking pets. The complete road from bend to bend is an eyesore and needs sorting, It seems that yoir priority along with Witney County Council is to a ANPR camera on site and not maintain the highways and hedgerows
