Large pothole

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

As you start the climb towards the Beckley turn from Islip there is a large pot on the edge of the road. You can’t see it as the pothole is in shade from the woodland on the left-hand side of the road. You know you’ve found it because of the bang as you go over it as I found out this morning. Surprised this hasn’t been reported before now.

  • Wednesday 21,13. I have a flat tyre having driven into this pothole thisafternoon . The car is undriveable and I am still waiting on roadside for assistance four hours later.

  • I’ve got a flat tyre and damaged alloy from this hole and there is another car just down the road that’s been damaged too. This really needs fixing ASAP.

  • On Thursday evening (18th December) in the rain my car hit the pothole and caused a tremendous bang. I have subsequently found I am getting vibrations whilst driving. I am still waiting to have the car looked at.
