Inadequate lighting

The amount of lighting in Newlands Avenue is completely inadequate and I believe presents a huge risk, especially to tbe safety of women and children walking in the dark. I dont know if this is due to lights that are broken or whether they have been deliberately dimmed for cost-cutting or 'environmental' reasons but it needs urgently addressing.
