The drain along the pavement by 63-71 Botley Road has not been cleaned out since before I moved here in 2008. It now has a thriving weed colony and I would happily clear it out except that I can't unscrew the bolts or lift the drain cover. Next time you clear the drains round here could you arrange to unbolt the drain cover? I will then clean out the channel as far as I can, or better still you send a cleaning screw down it. After the dry summer I fear a wet winter and it would be good to have th edrain in working order. Thank you
