Highway obstructed

The highway is obstructed by unmaintained vegetation, opposite and a short way north of Willow Court Lane. Specifically, it is the part of the highway that forms the pedestrian footway,

Being the highway rather than the verge my understanding is that this is responsibility of County Council, not Parish.

The Relevant Team may want to bear in mind that there is a formal complaint regarding footway safety, pending on this highway, ref COM/00019170. For that reason, it might not be a great idea to ignore this report.
