Black billard knocked onto road
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
Sorrry no cameras the black bollard close to the zebra crossing in Tyne Avenue on The Ladygrove Estate was on the road. I moved it to the trees on the side and hid it underneath a large broken tree which fell down last week so it is now hidden. the empty hole for this bollard is on the same side as this tree about 20feet away It was originally one of the few bollards in this area but if just left exposed it will be thrown into the road and at night could cause a problem.
