Flooding
Reported via mobile in the Flooding on Road category by Joanna Wooldridge at 13:40, Wednesday 10 September 2025
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later
Flooding yet again in Checkendon in two locations. A email earlier in the year stated that the drains would be cleared over the summer . A email from you recently saying the last report was closed due to no more reports of flooding ! Obviously we hadn’t any rain due to a drought! At the moment the other end of the village is closed due to works being done so it’s now getting a pain to actually get in or out of Checkendon. Back lanes are lethal and very busy with tractors etc ! This is getting urgent
