Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This has not been resolved by the land owner.

Please take necessary action urgently.

The path is almost fully blocked in parts and the wet grass verges are slippery.

I nearly slipped and hurt myself this morning!

    Why hasn't the council enforced the clearing of hedge that is very clearly blocking more than half of the walking area?
