First of all thank you for attending to these two lights. No. 4 is now fine but No. 2 leaves a little room for improvement!

I'm referring to street lamp 2 in Oakdale Road. While the wattage has been lowered and a guard fitted, in a perfect world the guard would be properly effective if moved 90 degrees to the right so the back of my house is protected. Currently the guard is protecting the back rather than the (my) side. I could not upload photos of how bright it is because I am defeated by Windows 11!

  • Following my last message, the shield on Lampost 2 was moved but as much as I hate to say it, in the wrong direction so I now get the full blast of the light again! Could it please be put on the other side, ie a 180 degree move so that the shield protects my house which is between lamposts 2 and 4, with 3 in between. I know a plethora of lights, no idea why nor why the lights are so very bright now. It's only a quiet residential road not a busy thoroughfare. Hey ho, ours is not to reason why. However, thank you for your help and quick attention. I hope this will be it this time and I won't need to bother you again.
