Constant flooding down our residential road. I have to pass through this in my BMW, which are notoriously known for their poor flood defences. I would be interested to know, with the knowledge that they have been countless reports to the council about this flooding area, whether the council would pay for any problems/damages to my car as a result of this flooding.
