Hole in pavement from when larch drive sign re positioned in gass

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
Hole in pavement with metal sticking up from where larch drive sign was repositioned and not filled in.
This was done over 3 years ago now and nothing has been done . Please can this be actioned thanks

Pictures uploaded showing hole with old post still in the pavement from where they moved street sign from pavement to grass area. After a car crashed into sign.
Grass area also is managed by a private management company and is not council land .
