Light number 4 in Linnet Close appears to be going on and then off. It is extremely dark on this pathway up to the bus stop on Blackbird Leys Rd. Please fix the light. It would be helpful to cut some of the branches back to create more light here as residents state they feel unsafe. Thank you Councillor Simon Ottino Northfield Brook Ward Oxford City Council
