Excessive mud on the road.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

There is a thick coating of mud on the highway from the entrance to the overflow car park for the farmers dog pH. It extends along the highway into the roundabout and gradually disappears as you head towards Burford. I passed through this area at13.00 hrs. On Wednesday 3rd September.
