This area leading into the park at Long Furlong always floods and is again. Can something be done to mitigate this to prevent worsening flooding and preventing access to the park?

  • Thank you for bringing the drainage issue to our attention. We truly appreciate your proactive approach in helping us maintain the quality of our highways. We are pleased to inform you that this area is scheduled for gully emptying in this financial year, January - February 2026. Rest assured, all Highway Surface Water Assets in the area will be thoroughly cleansed within the specified time frame.
