I walked over 1 of these 2 man hole covers and it rotated making me partly fall down it mainly 1 leg almost could have broken it as the rest of ma fell to the ground. As you can see by the pictures both manholes and liners can be easily pulled up. Please have them sorted before someone else gets really hurt. Thank Allan
