Blocked drains and flooding in our basement

Your previous refererence enq251057774 shows as closed problem as you stated was thames water problem - it is not it's your problem as it relates to surface water drainage ' i have been dealing with your representative daniel over the last 8 or 9 months and you previously did clearance on some drains on the 3rd june 2025 . in addition it is dangerous as the force of the water is dragging the cover off the manhole and it is now in a dangerous position on the pavement and may cause serious injury . also our base is being flooded on a onstant basis . please phone me on 07966 425298 and visit to rectify the problem . this is now urgent .
