Flooded pedestrian pathway (unnamed) that connects Kelham Hall Drive and Farm Close Road at OX33 1SF. The drain cover or sewage cover (I have no idea which kind it is) is dislodged due to flooding and/or blockage and the path is flooded with standing water and impassable. Which is in turn also causing flooding to the gardens of the surrounding property.

    This is still a major issue and is bubbling up when it rains as the pipe work is blocked by roots. It needs fixing as an emergency as this is a well used pathway
