Overhanging hedge and weeds near drains

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Difficult to see from the drop down kerb to cross road because of overhanging hedge and weeds along bottom of Rooks Lane by Kite nursery. Weeds on edge of road could be blocking the drains. Leaves etc wash down to Southern Road. Drains in Southern Road have caused flooding in the past with heavy rain.
