Our house flooded 3 times last year and nothing has been done to resolve the issue

I reported our first incident of flooding in January 2024. We were told (after multiple cases logged on here) by Highways when they visited they would be doing the following; - clearing the culvert's - putting indents in the sides of the road so water could more easily drain - Reviewing the height of the kerb Since the visit the only action that has been taken is that the drain has been cleared. It is not even the end of summer and already lots of water is coming off the road down our driveway. As you can see from the photo. There is no longer a kerb so all the water from the road comes down our driveway. Please can this be reviewed again? This is not a satisfactory solution and I fear our house is yet again going to be flooded in the near future.
