Deep flooding on Bayswater Road at bottom of hill

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Drains must be blocked again and the flooding went up to my ankles over my shoes while riding my bike in the centre of the road at 3pm today. Impassable on foot on the pavement.
