I reported this at the end of July and again on 10 August, and was told both times after a short spell that the problem had been fixed. It had not as these photos taken today show. The gap has widened and is quite deep, making it a potential trip hazard. If not repaired it is likely to worsen. There is extensive cracking in the tarmac along this whole stretch of pavement and this has deteriorated since first reported. I shall be contacting my local county councillor about this as it seems Fix My Street is not working as well as it should.
