Storm drain is not draining water

This was an ongoing problem for about five years then last year our house was completely flooded downstairs about 6 inches of water through the entire house which as you can imagine was the entirely stressful. The council seem to have done some work to improve the storm drains as we hadn’t seen any major flooding for the past nine months but today we’ve had a heavy downfall and as you can see by the photos we are back to major flooding again in Craig to our property and heading down towards the Doors. A recent utility has been installed Across The Road about six weeks ago and I wonder if you could come and have a look as we are living in fear at this flooding our house again and really cannot go through that, this is of the upmost urgency.

Yes this train is still flooding and worryingly so we’ve tried so many times to get south Oxfordshire to deal with this problem I really don’t know what to do as we spent nine months at least moving from house to house during the total floods we had last year and it seems the council just doesn’t care about that and the impact it had on our lives we are desperate for it to be fixed, so if anyone reading this can help, we’d love to hear from you
