Flooding from the Croxley Brook

Road flooded completely across the road last night. Unlit section, dangerous. I have reported this bet of road months ago to receive a response last week to say it is on a gully emptying schedule into 2026. I don’t think that’s the problem. It’s more persistent and serious.

  • This has been reported to Thames Water who visited Wednesday evening. Had a message from them to say it was being fixed on Thursday 4th. This didn't happen. The flood across the road is a hazard as cars travelling towards the village are going on the opposite side of the road to avoid the deepest part. They are then head on with vehicles travelling out of the village on a bend. Until this leak is fixed there needs to be signage to let drivers know of the hazard.
