Overgrown hedge

The hedge in the pictures overhang a popular alley way connecting Blake road onto the Buckingham road which is used on a regular basis for access to shops and bus. Hedge is boundary of 111 Buckingham road and has not been cut for years. There are now long nasty brambles and the wooden fence is nearly in a state of collapse
