Tree overgrown blocking traffic lights on crossing

A tree is overgrown and blocking the view of the traffic lights meaning drivers are unable to see the lights on the crossing, observed three cars failing to stop as they could not see the lights. Crossing is used by children at NOA who are returning to school on Wednesday 3rd September so needs resolving asap!
