Blocked and overgrown drain on pathway in front of house

The drains on the road have been cleaned and unblocked this week (thank you!!) however the drain on the pavement directly outside our house has not. It remains blocked and overgrown as per the photo (which may explain why it wasn’t cleaned with the others as it’s now difficult to actually see the drain. This is the drain that helps clear flooding on the pathway so also needs unblocking.
