This was apparently resolved today, unfortunately it isn’t resolved. I think perhaps the internal MCB was reset and this has operated again when the photo cell operated when dark. As you can see in the uploaded photo people are using torches. The BT line hasn’t been moved so I can’t understand how the fitting was tested.
