Investigating
I reported this light was not working and was told trhe problem had been sorted (pasted below) but it is still out of light
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
The lamp by the arch from Park Town to Dragon Light isn't working. This is although you told me that the problem was fixed at 8:03 on 22nd August.

Thanks for the report. These is a supply issue to this streetlight that our contractor is working on. The light will be restored as soon as possible.

Hope the lamp over the arch can be fixed soon.
Residents have expressed concern that the new lamps on the lampposts in Park Town are smaller than the originals. We very much hope you will NOT replace the lantern over the arch with a smaller one - it would be out of scale.

Regret that the lamp is still not working. As the nights draw in, it becomes more of a problem, as the alley is now very dark during hours when people are out and about
