A small deep and dangerous hole in the road.

The road is breaking up, and a hole has appeared. It’s dangerous for cyclists and pedestrians alike. I have stepped into it and twisted my ankle and fallen heavily on my knees and hips … on the road. The area is likely to deteriorate fast.
