A Flooding on Road problem has been found

A Roads and Carriageways problem has been found by Oxfordshire County Council - there's a blocked ditch and this will cause flooding into the farm premises.

The ditch and culvert needs cleaning and HGVs are using the gateway as a layby and this is damaging the ditch further (collapsing the sides in).
