We have a gate leading to the rear of our property’s 5 other residents , this access is constantly being used to fly tip , and persons using it as toilet , please can the gate be secured via locks so only residents can gain access to rear of property’s , fed up with having to clear rubbish and disinfect because of the smell of urine . Many thanks
