GATSO speed camera facing away from road

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I have emailed the police many months ago and had no response or fix. There is an Eastbound GATSO speed camera here and it has had the camera box hit so it now faces away from the road and towards people's front gardens and pavement. Excess speed is one of the main causes of deaths on the road. Please can this be fixed and consideration made for the installation of a more modern camera as this is an original GATSO that was built with films inside.
