3 way traffic lights and permit expired

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Thames Water have dug a large hole in the road, presumably to enable utilities to be extended onto the Beechwood Developments site on Crowell Road. The works have been under 3 way traffic lights for some time and this causes queues at peak times. No evident work appears to have been undertaken here for a week by Thames Water. The permit expired 18/8/25 and there is no evidence the works are going to be completed anytime soon, or the permit extended. Please advise.

  • Update please? One week further on, hole still there, traffic lights still there, still an expired permit and no update from OCC. Not really good enough?
