Manhole Cover is raised and exposed at the side of the road and in vehicles path causing damage and safety concern.

    This raised manhole is in line with the paved roadway and its colouring makes it incredibly difficult to see. Consequently, I hit this with my car which destroyed two tyres and caused further suspected damage to my car.
