Quality and limited scope of repairs

Two out of four potholes marked for repair have been “repaired”. The two that have been “repaired” will fail very soon and certainly during the coming winter. There are countless other potholes in Spring Lane, in just as bad, if not worse condition. The cost of these “repairs” is a total waste. Complaints have been made regularly for the last two years at least.
