Culvert blocked or collapsed as surveyed by Drainline

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The culvert is blocked with silt or maybe a collapse as surveyed by OCC sub-contractor Drainline on 17th July 2025. Drainline have quoted to carry out these works to OCC. The land owner has agreed to clear the outlet this culvert drains into Berry Brook as identified in the Drainline survey. Please can this work be carried out as a matter of urgency to prevent further flooding in the village!
