Black plastic laundry bags left on pavement

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

These large black bags have been left on the area between Horseman Close and the entrance to Jessops Close. They have been there for some days. There is information on the labels that could trace the owner.
