Blocked drain in parking area.

This drain has been blocked for over a year and quickly floods the parking area. In heavy rain, it floods my garage. Last time this occured (?Jan), I dug out two bucket loads of foul smelling mud, but it made no difference to the water levels. I didn't like to report it at the time as thought you'd be swamped by similar reports, but I'd be grateful if it could be cleared before winter. I'm not sure when Kidlington is due on your gully clearance plans.
