Overgrown tree (two in fact) blocking view

I recently reported this problem & the tree was cut back. Thank you for cutting the tree back from path however I feel it’s been left in a mess and certainly doesn’t look attractive for anyone in the area. Instead of being taken out completely, it has been cut back to dead wood half way up. The top was levelled but between the cut back area and the top it was left overgrown. Long bramble branches are sticking out which will eventually reach the ground and root. These could be a danger to passers-by in a few months time. Please can this be relooked at to make it safe for us walking out our small gate (see photo) and to make the area look presentable and safe from brambles. Initially I only reported the tree nearest the path but this has now exposed the tree behind which is nearly reaching our property & has many bramble shoots sticking out.
