Manhole cover replaced with proud grid protruding above the pavement surface

A manhole has recently been replaced incorrectly meaning that the grid that covers the manhole is not flush with the pavement. I have seen a small girl trip over it and am concerned that an elderly person may trip over it. The manhole is just outside 43 and 45 The Street, Crowmarsh. This has been a problem for a few days since the pavement was dug up last week. The work has not been carried out correctly.
