Possible land grab

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Fence erected on the grass verge. This may be a problem, in two respects, possible land grab of highway and loss of visibility splay at Dunwaten on Thame Road Towersey (uphill from Helpful Hirings in 30mph zone. There is a suspicion that this may be beyond the property boundary and on highway land. Given the height of the fence and its boarded construction this may also mean that the visibility splay for this property has been lost. The new fence seems to be projecting far further onto the highway than would seem logical on the basis of the existing hedges adjacent to the property. A few residents are starting to query whether this is legal/legitimate. I would be grateful if you could have a look at this
